The Facilities Housekeeping Division (FHD) consist of the members who are employed by Barnard College and classified as Custodian and Building Superintendants.

These members who are classified as Custodians for the College, performs the day to day  task of cleaning and maintaining a clean enviroment in the on campus dormitories and academic buildings.

These members who are classified as Superintendants for the College, performs the task of the cleaning as well as basic repairs to the Dormitory Buildings that are located off the main College campus.
